| Tiivistelmä: | This article provides an exploratory view at how the leadership practices of business organizations may foster more peaceful societies. The author develops a logic for positive connection between participative organizational leadership, employee empowerement and peace. The authors shows several mechanisms that offer explanation why these different manifestations of voice are likely to contribute to peacefull societies. In addition the author draws on several multinational databases to give a preliminary version of the hypotheses. The authors finds that there is a connection regarding the positive impacts of participative leadership and employee empowerment in work organizations on peace. |
