| Tiivistelmä: | Nations have to provide good conditions for their citizens, institutions and business in order to build, maintain and make the best use of intellectual capital assets. Many countries still need guidelines for societal knowledge management (hereafter as SKM). This conceptual paper tries to identify good SKM options and develop a suitable and well-substantial framework. The suggestions are based on requirements and practical experiences reported in literature. The author notices that more research is required in scientific, economic, social and educational fields. |
