| Tiivistelmä: | The Virtual Institute for Electronic Government Research (VIEGO) started an exploratory research project to gain a better understanding of future electronic-Government (hereafter as e-Government) initiatives. This paper presents a new methodology in identifying and developing the research agenda of e-Government initiatives. The new methodology draws mainly upon the analysis of workshops organised around United Kingdom. The findings reveal that an e-Government research agenda is a combination of social, technological and organizational issues at governmental and individual citizen level. |
