| Tiivistelmä: | Based on a case study, this study deals with limitations and restrictions faced by intrapreneurs in the struggle to get necessary resources for developing new businesses. Two institutional contexts (here as: org-cntxt.) are focused upon: i. the market and ii. the organisational contexts. As to the case study, i. is a high-tech niche market and ii. is a private incubator. It is shown that intrapreneurs need to consider and adapt their networking activities in coherence with the rules of the game in the two org-cntxt (original in Danish). |
