| Tiivistelmä: | This article deals with interorganizational collaboration (here as: coll-n). It is questioned what really is exercised during coll-n. exercises. The empirical part of the study is from three different coll-n. exercises in ambulance, police and fire departments. Among others, it is found that coll-n. is practiced to a relatively low degree, primarily taking place due to understaffing and lack of competence. Coll-n has relatively limited influence on the organizations at the accident site etc. (original in Swedish) |
