Tiivistelmä:There is a gap between science and practice in organizational behavior. The authors document what kind of research is needed to improve performance management practices (hereafter as PMP). The list includes following aspects: social power, influence and leadership, trust, social exchange, group dynamics and close interpersonal relationships, negotiation and communication and mentorship. These subjects are relevant to organizations that want to directly take advantage of the findings to develop their PMP.
