| Tiivistelmä: | This article deals with the issue of e-government agenda in Turkey. The paper argues that for Turkey as well as other countries in economic transformation, e-government is both a novel channel for delivering services as well as an opportunity to enhance the transparency and efficiency of administration. This study presents a SWOT-analysis on groups and their subfactors for Turkish e-government and also examines alternative options for e-government application in Turkey. Alongside with the SWOT approach, also the analytic hierarchy process approach is used. |
