| Tiivistelmä: | This research paper uses a series of in-depth interviews approach to gain a better understanding about the interpersonal communication skills (hereafter as ICS) that are needed in human resource (hereafter as HR) management. The authors identified a set of ICS that HR managers lack most and the ICS that managers in supervisory positions are expected to have. These skills were very similar. The results highlight the importance of the clarity of messages. |
