| Tiivistelmä: | This article approaches the question of an enterprise resource planning (hereafter as ERP) implementation from a perspective of multinational petroleum company's subsidiary organization. The challenges and problems of the global ERP solution implementation process are reviewed in a local context. The conclusions of the paper provide useful coping mechanisms that can be applied when enforcing new methods or systems. |
