| Tiivistelmä: | Using the three-elite-generations metaphor (as: breakthrough elite, transition e. and consolidation e.), this study characterises evolution of the role of a new economic elite (hereafter as: e-elites) in Poland. Describing this evolution in terms of the neoliberal modernisation paradigm, "elitist paradigm" and transformation theory does not suffice for a theoretical reconstruction of changes occurring in states like Poland, being at the stage of development combining characteristics of post-communist, neoliberal and globalised capitalist societies etc. |
