| Tiivistelmä: | Taking into account of network externality (here as: net-exty.) and brand loyalty effect in the competitive market, this paper presents an investment location (as: loc.) selection (as: sel.) model for vendors of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), based on 2-stage loc. sel. model. Analyzed are companies providing BPO service, elements affecting the sel. of investment loc., and city competition strategies. It is found that through employing the differential development strategies, strengthening net-exty. effect, and increasing market share ..., price competition can be reduced, and the development of BPO industry can be routed into a virtuous cycle. |
