Tiivistelmä: | There has been remarkable changes of human resource (HR) practices in the former state-socialist countries. This paper aims, among others, to highlight the strands of international human resource management (HRM), exploring the main focuses, strong and weak elements of both HRM and CHRM (for: comparative HRM). Based on the Cranet (2004) survey, the analysis of the developments aims at describing the similarities and differences found btw. 6 countries of the Central Eastern European (CEE) region and the total sample of 32 countries of the survey. |
