| Tiivistelmä: | This article discusses issues concerning the economic and transport impacts of European Union transport policies. The paper combines two models, an EU transport model SCENES and an EU macroeconometric model E3ME paying particular attention to the indirect impacts such as social marginal cost pricing (SMCP) and fuel tax. The authors used model simulations of different policy scenarios to provide greater understanding about large-scale transport infrastructure. |
