| Tiivistelmä: | This article discusses the relation between search unemployment, transport and commuting costs. Search unemployment is the time period when unemployed workers search vacant jobs. The authors used cost benefit analysis (CBA) and computable general equilibrium (CGE) model simulation to examine the effects of a labor market search. Improvements and investments in transport infrastructure may have positive influence on employment. |
