| Tiivistelmä: | The article looks at the impact of the environmental and transport policies on the competitiveness of some industries. For example, a kilometer tax for heavy goods vehicles can cause higher production and transportation costs for firms and provide competitive advantage for companies in other countries. The analyzed firm level data was collected from Swedish wood, pulp and paper industries. The paper documents that road transport prices have different grade effects on demand and output. |
