| Tiivistelmä: | This paper provides an in-depth discussion on the role and visibility of anti-war movement in the British press during the Iraq War in 2003. The paper identifies a set of enabling factors that helped protesters to receive positive coverage in media. Also the problems related to the positive media reputation are considered. The investigation indicated that elite-led protest was more influential than grassroots protest. |
