| Tiivistelmä: | Based on four samples from the United States (U.S.) and China, two theoretically based abridged (henceforth as: abdgd.) job insecurity (JI) scales are developed to deal with researcher concerns with the length of the original 57-item scale. The results show the content and construct validities of both the abdgd. and the bare-bones (as: b-bns.) scales to be highly similar to the original JI scale, providing support for the use of either the abdgd. or the b-bns. JI scales. |
