| Tiivistelmä: | Many organizations are facing ethical problems and trying to manage them by forming different norms and codes. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of this institutionalization of ethics on job satisfaction, on team spirit and on organizational commitment from the marketing professionals' point of view. The data was collected with an online questionnaire and it was analyzed with the multiple regression method. The results show that the institutionalization of ethics has a positive effect on the organizational climate. |
