Tiivistelmä:The corporate social responsibility (hereafter as CSR) and especially the internal CSR activity of companies are examined in this article from the Aristotelian-informed capabilities approach. The article discusses issues concerning the role of employee management especially in small and medium sized enterprises. Particular attention is paid to social companies, to a social consciousness and operations. The writers identified several internal CSR markers which can be utilized in the creation of evaluation frameworks for internal CSR practices.
