| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines how the gender is represented in the newest management texts which describe the worker. The discourse analysis method is used to study the discourse of the consciousness, the discourse of the individuality and the discourse of seeing women as ideal worker. Also the paper considers how the linguistic presentations have an influence on actions. |
