Tiivistelmä:This article presents results from a qualitative study, which focused on the adoption process of corporate social responsibility (hereafter as CSR) and managerial practices. The study is based on semi-structured interviews, field observations and written materials, which were collected in a family-owned medium-sized company in Italy. The case example provides greater understanding about how CSR is integrated into corporate strategy.
