| Tiivistelmä: | Nine successful restaurants and nine failed restaurants operating in the west coast of USA were compared in order to find out the factors that have influence on restaurant business performance. The study combines qualitative and quantitative methods in the analysis of in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The paper identifies a set of factors that typical for successful restaurants. |
