| Tiivistelmä: | This article aims at deepening the understanding of the factors influencing individual entrepreneurial behaviour (henceforth as: entr-beh.) in organizations (here as: orgs). Based on a sample of over 200 employees from four orgs., using structural equation modeling the influence of personal traits and contextual factors is tested on entr-beh. It is found that both personal and contextual variables correlate with individual entr-beh. In addition, findings show a significant negative relationship of the joint impact of POS and organisation tenure on entrepreneurial behaviour. |
