| Tiivistelmä: | This study's focus is on polychronicity (henceforth as: pchnty.) as a cultural dimension of top management teams (TMTs). Examined is the impact of TMT pchnty. on strategic decision speed and comprehensiveness (here as: s-and-c.) and its effect on new venture financial performance. It is found that TMT pchnty. has a positive effect on firm performance in the context of dynamic unanalysable environments. This effect is partially mediated by strategic decision s-and-c. |
