Tiivistelmä: | This comment responds to a 2004 comment by Paul Gibbs writing that marketing nowadays has no concern with the notion of well-being, and furthermore that marketing lacks 'an adequate moral grounding'. Gibbs writes that marketers consider not only satisfying their customers, but also consider the well-being of the bigger society. However, it is explored whether such an expectation is not due to wrong notion of Gibbs about satisfaction and exchange in marketing. |
