| Tiivistelmä: | This study is one of the first studies on the environmental impacts of citrus products, and it aims to suggest feasible strategies and actions to improve their environmental performance. An improvement analysis of the assessed production system is carried out, and it proposes sustainable scenarios for saving water and energy to reduce environmental burdens of the examined production system. The results show, among others, energy and environmental benefits that state the improvement of the products eco-profile. |
