| Tiivistelmä: | Knowledge management is gaining attention and prominence in academia and the world of business practice. We cannot ignore the need for organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to empower themselves through knowledge management. However, there is little empirical evidence on the subject found in the literature. This article examines the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance in the UAE. Organizational culture, organizational infrastructure, technical infrastructure, management support, reward and vision clarity are the knowledge management dimensions considered in this paper. Results indicate that the dimensions used in this study enhance performance improvement. It is also revealed that all investigated knowledge management dimensions are correlated with performance improvement, except for reward and vision clarity. |
