Tiivistelmä: | Psychological entitlement refers to the phenomenon in which individuals consistently believe that they preferential rewards and treatment, which seldom has much to do with actual qualities and performance levels. The influence of psychological entitlement on workplace outcomes is examined in this study by using attribution theory to explain its effects. Findings indicate that entitlement perception are positively associated with self-serving attribution styles and that diminished need for cognition mediates this relationship. |
