| Tiivistelmä: | Ricardo's principle of Comparative Advantage is applied in a two-firm, two-product scenario. The aim is to show how additional isolation mechanisms can result from economic incentives that provide managers with distinct strategic choices. The findings indicate that managers' strategic decisions based on comparative firm advantage (CFA) affect their willingness to imitate competitors. This helps to determine the direction of firm expansion. Ricardo's CFA logic is also analysed further. |
