Tiivistelmä:Based on a sample of over 70 managers taking part in Executive MBA programs, this paper examines the relationship between personality and values. There are found very few significant relationships btw. personality and individual values supporting the existence of a 'Jingle Fallacy'. It is proposed that the relationship is more complex and interactive than previously suggested.
