| Tiivistelmä: | Total quality management (TQM) is frequently seen as a means to achieve competitive advantage. Small businesses have many limitations with implementing quality practices. However, TQ practices can foster the creation of the indispensable knowledge for continuous improvement and for competing in the current markets. Knowledge management (KM) has also been identified as an important antecedent of performance. Using structural equations modelling, this study analyses the linkages btw. TQM, organizational learning and performance. |
