| Tiivistelmä: | Drawing on the recent experience of Greece in the sectors of banking and telecommunications, this article examines how changes in ownership and corporate governance have affected industrial relations systems. It is shown that in spite of the seeming institutional stability in industrial relations arrangements, substantive change has taken place in the mentioned sectors. This has resulted in the decentralization of bargaining procedures. |
