| Tiivistelmä: | This article deals with the characteristics of resistance in public sector (here as: p-s.) mergers and acquisitions (M&As). Reported are observations from two merger case studies in the central p-s. administration in Sweden: the Swedish National Audit Office and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. There are propositions established, e.g. it is suggested that vertical resistance (here as: v-r.) tends to get more extensive in p-s. than in private sector mergers. This v-r. occurs btw. employees and management (original in Swedish). |
