Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims to outline a methodology for strengthening an organisational (herein as: org-al.) design (as: o-d.) by identifying knowledge risks introduced by org-al. structure. The risks are addressed through implementing knowledge management (KM) measures. Based on case studies and by structuring authors' personal experiences, presented is a four-phased process to deal with suboptimal o-d. It is demonstrated that pro-active KM can help to ease weaknesses introduced by dominant orientations in o-d. |
