Tiivistelmä:Based on research, it is indicated that introducing school choice (herein as: s-c.) and competition into the public education system might improve the quality of schooling. This paper concentrates on the case of Poland. It is argued that in Poland, s-c. and competition tends to improve average education quality and efficiency of public education expenditure.
