| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims to explore and develop the general proposition that organizational cultural (herein as: o-c.) compatibility btw. strategic supply chain (here as: s-c.) partners results in improved performance outcomes for each participant in the chain. Proposed is a theoretical framework of the relationship of differing o-c. elements (as norms, values, practices, and behaviours) to s-c. performance. Presented is a set of propositions with conclusions and suggestions for further research. |
