| Tiivistelmä: | The contents and the construction of the EU KLEMS Growth and Productivity Accounts database is described. The database contains industry-level measures of inputs, output, and productivity for 25 European countries, Japan and the United States (US) starting from 1970 onwards. Dealt with is the methodology used in constructing the database. It is shown how it can be useful in comparing productivity trends. Some guidance is offered with indications on possible extensions. |
