Tiivistelmä:This paper develops a conceptual framework of employee's training approach under overall marketing strategic concept. The contributions are to introduce a simple conceptual framework called strategic training of marketing concept model (STMCM) which can help human resources (HR) management to assess the employee's training under marketing concept as HR play an internal marketing department role.
