| Tiivistelmä: | This article aims to dealing with the importance of studying prioritization (hereafter as: prtzn.) of health care taking place at the micro level, or in the relationship btw. the service provider and users. Services are provided in face-to-face relations btw. the clients and professionals. However, in the interaction difficult situations may occur involving prtzn. of scarce resources. Experiences from a case study of a cancer department are applied in order to illustrate the tensions. The study is based on interviews with a rather limited selection of core personnel (original in Norwegian). |
