| Tiivistelmä: | In all societies, organizations are a common feature but considered differently from different theoretical perspectives, though. Some of these differences (herein as: diffs.) seem to align with the diffs. btw. European (herein as: E.) and North American (as: N-A.) approaches to the social sciences. This article describes the key diffs. and some similarities btw. E. and N-A. approaches to institutional theory. It is aimed at understanding the reasons behind the diffs. with their consequences. |
