| Tiivistelmä: | The article studies the willingness of employees to accept on-the-job mobility. The study investigated the on-the-job mobility readiness(OMR)of both employed and unemployed people, to determine their readiness to accept mobile jobs. The results suggest that social norms, uncertainty tolerance, and education level are positively associated with OMR, whereas social anxiety and collectivistic orientation negatively correlate with it. |
