Tiivistelmä:The article examines the formation and transformation of travel destination choice sets through a longitudinal qualitative research of holiday decision making. Seven different choice sets are identified, and the emergence and connections between the sets are further explained. The findings of the study suggest that final destination choice is motivated to a large extent by constraints and opportunities.
