| Tiivistelmä: | The article examines how human resource management(HRM) practices that are expected to have an effect on employees' motivation, abilities and opportunity to engage in knowledge management(KM), do so by enhancing knowledge creation and sharing in organizations. A survey of 64 Spanish automotive companies was conducted to research the relationship between HRM and KM. The findings indicate that HRM practices that are implemented to motivate and give employees opportunities significantly contribute to knowledge sharing and maintaining. |
