| Tiivistelmä: | The article examines trainees' overall satisfaction with training(OST) through a survey of 13753 trainees in different companies. OST consists of perceived usefulness of training, perceived training efficiency and perceived trainer performance. The results indicate that OST is influenced by many factors, for example the length of course and the type of target audience. |
