| Tiivistelmä: | The article investigates full and partial knowledge sharing(KS) to determine whether they are separate behaviours with different motivations, characteristics, and risks. Employed knowledge workers were studied through a questionnaire survey and the findings indicate that full and partial KS are indeed different in nature. Full KS is made possible by intentions for full KS, whereas partial KS is enabled because of uniqueness of knowledge and interpersonal distrust, and impeded by perceived value of knowledge. |
