| Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores a possible relationship between behavioral ethics and positive job response (intention to stay and job satisfaction). A sample of 92 matched employee-manager pairs from a financial services and banking company was studied. The findings reveal that subordinates' positive job responses were connected to higher rating of subordinates' ethical job performance by supervisors. |
