| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses the acquisition of externally generated R&D, and presents 26 drivers of intellectual capital(IC) that are vitally important in this process. Furthermore, differences in management attitudes to the assessment of the IC factors are also studied. An empirical research conducted in Spanish Basque Country supports the development of strategies and instruments to adsorb R&D generated outside the company. |
