| Tiivistelmä: | The article argues that some NGOs and activist groups do not always act according to their own ethical principles. A case study approach is employed to illustrate various questionable practices by NGOs and activists. The objectives, concerns, and legitimacy of activist groups and NGOs, and their strategies and tactics are discussed. To analyze ethical aspects of various NGO actions, a framework is formulated. |
