| Tiivistelmä: | The article investigates non-cash employee recognition plans. Individually based and group-based non-cash recognition programs are examined based on a survey of 349 Canadian and Australian companies. The findings indicate that non-cash plans are common in both countries, but are not substituting cash-based performance plans. |
