Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of the paper is to analyze and theorize humour as a way of examining the meanings and functions of risk. The study is based on data from a set of narrative interviews. The article shows how humour can both mask and reveal undisclosed affectively charged states about living near a nuclear power station. |
